Meet Jennifer
For more than a decade, I have supported individuals through Reiki, sound practices, and intuitive spiritual-wellness work. My approach is rooted in compassion, integrity, presence, and respect for each person's unique path.
My intention is not to tell you what your journey should look like. It is to create a safe, nurturing space where you can rest, explore, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom.

My path into energy healing began at just 14 years old, when I attended a meditation class and was introduced to the body's energy centers and the profound effects imbalance can have on physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. That experience awakened something deep within me and inspired a lifelong interest in holistic healing.
Over time, that curiosity became a calling.
I soon discovered Reiki and devoted myself to studying and researching it for many years. In 2013, after 13 years of exploration and preparation, I found a Reiki Master in East Texas and received my Level 1 attunement. I began by practicing Reiki on myself and my children, allowing my understanding and trust in this sacred modality to grow through personal experience.
Over time, I continued my training through Levels 2 and 3, eventually answering the call to share Reiki with my community and teach others who felt inspired to walk this healing path. In 2021, I became a Reiki Master Teacher, and since then have been honored to support others in reconnecting with their own innate capacity for healing, balance, and transformation.
My Approach to Healing
I believe that healing is not something I do to you, but something created together. My role is to hold sacred space, channel healing energy, and support your body's natural ability to restore balance. You are always in control of your healing journey — I am simply here as a guide and facilitator.
Every session is tailored to your unique needs. I work intuitively, allowing the energy to flow where it is needed most. Whether you are seeking relief from stress, emotional release, spiritual growth, or simply a deep state of relaxation, I meet you exactly where you are.
No particular spiritual belief is required. Approaching the session with curiosity and a willingness to relax is enough. Reiki experiences are personal, and results are not guaranteed.

Beyond the Healing Room
Outside of my healing practice, I am a mother of four, a violinist, a sound practitioner, an artist, and a lineaged High Priestess. Creativity, music, motherhood, spirituality, and devotion all shape the way I move through the world and the way I hold space for others.
