What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. It works by helping the body and energy field release stress and restore a more natural state of harmony.
What can Reiki help with?
Reiki may support stress reduction, emotional balance, relaxation, energetic clearing, spiritual connection, and a greater sense of inner peace. It is often sought by people who feel overwhelmed, drained, emotionally heavy, or disconnected from themselves.
Do I need to believe in Reiki for it to work?
No. You do not need any specific belief system to receive Reiki. Many people simply come with an open mind and a willingness to rest, receive, and observe their experience.
What happens during a Reiki session?
During a session, you will rest comfortably while Reiki energy is offered in a calm and supportive environment. Sessions may include quiet stillness, guided grounding, chakra-focused attention, or sound support depending on the service offered.
What does a session feel like?
Every experience is different. Some people feel warmth, tingling, emotional release, deep relaxation, or a sense of peace. Others simply notice that they feel lighter, calmer, and more centered afterward.
Do you offer distance Reiki?
Yes. Distance Reiki sessions are available for those who prefer to receive healing from home or who live outside the local area. Distance sessions are offered with the same intention, care, and sacred attention as in-person work.
How much does a session cost?
An Intuitive Healing Session (60 minutes) is $85, an Extended Intuitive Healing Session (90 minutes) is $111, and a Distance Healing Session (60 minutes) is $85. I accept Venmo, Cashapp, and Cash, paid at the time of your session.
Where do in-person sessions take place?
In my private healing studio in East Mountain, Texas. The address is shared when your appointment is confirmed. [PARKING OR DIRECTIONS NOTE]
How do I book, and when is my appointment confirmed?
Choose your service, date, and time on the Book page and send your request. It isn't confirmed until I reply, which I do by email within 24 hours. Sessions are offered Saturday and Sunday, 11 AM – 6 PM Central Time.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please let me know at least 24 hours ahead so the time can be offered to someone else.
How does a distance session work?
Before your appointment, you'll receive simple preparation guidance. At the scheduled time, you rest in a quiet space at home while I hold focused space for your session. We will connect via Zoom.
What is Isis Seichim, and can I ask for it?
Isis Seichim is a heart-centered, Egyptian-inspired energy healing practice that can be woven into your session alongside Reiki. Just mention it in the notes when you book. You can read more on the Isis Seichim page.
Do you work with children or teens?
Clients under 18 are welcome with a parent or guardian present.
What is sound healing support?
Sound healing support uses sound as a calming and balancing tool to help settle the nervous system, deepen relaxation, and support energetic alignment. It can be a beautiful complement to Reiki work.
What should I do before my session?
Wear comfortable clothing, hydrate well, and give yourself permission to slow down. Coming to your session with a quiet intention can also be helpful, though it is not required.
What should I do after my session?
Drink water, rest if needed, and pay attention to how you feel over the next day or two. Journaling, quiet reflection, and extra gentleness with yourself can support the integration process.
Do you teach Reiki classes?
Yes. Reiki training is available for students who want to learn Reiki for self-healing, spiritual development, and helping others. Classes are designed to be supportive, grounded, and accessible.
Who are your services for?
Services are for anyone seeking healing, balance, clarity, spiritual connection, or a deeper relationship with their own energy and inner wisdom.
Is Reiki a replacement for medical care?
No. Reiki is a complementary wellness practice and is not a substitute for medical or mental health care. It is meant to support overall well-being alongside appropriate professional care when needed.
